Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer standard and express shipping options. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at pawsandwanderstore@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
