We want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at pawsandwanderstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Perishable goods, opened food/treats, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at pawsandwanderstore@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
